New location in 190 Ranch Dr, Milpitas! Just stumbled on news that this was opened again and had to try it out. We got the big plate chicken, tomato beef stew with noodle, and chicken chow mein -- they were all delicious! The noodles are chewy and bouncy like I remember. Happy that this is open again. Aside from the owner, there does seem to be new staff training - so please be patient and understanding. Cash only!

The best hand pulled noodles in the bay easily. Wtf devastated that they're closed. If anyone knows what happened, please do tell!

I love the hot chili oil noodles substituted with wide noodles. Very addicting. The noodles are sooo perfectly chewy and were even great the next day. Highly recommended. I order hot chili oil noodles at other noodle shops, but they cannot compare. The flavors they put together are unparalleled so far especially the pork! Ugghhh

Amazing chili oil noodles! Chili oil noodles: I requested it with wide noodles and the meat on the side or removed, since I don't eat beef. They were happy to accommodate. Super good fresh noodles and good flavor! Beef noodle soup: we did not specify wide noodles but they gave them anyway. I think it would have been better with the regular skinny noodles. This was just ok. Service: noodles came out super fast. Ordered at 5 pm, and told it would be 15 minutes. Our order came out right at 5:15. Seating: due to COVID, to-go orders only. Overall: 4/5, will come again if I'm in the area and craving chili oil noodles!

Friends brought me here since we were nearby and wanted a quick lunch. Not much ambiance but we were strictly here for the food, so it was all good. It's really popular despite no music, dim lighting, and a very cold in temperature interior which strikes as all good things haha. The server brought us some tea too. I tried the cucumber salad, chili oil noodle and asked for wide noodles, and braised beef noodle soup. All were delicious. My friends tried their lamb noodle soup and a chow mein which they both enjoyed too. Noodles are house made and very springy and enjoyable. We ordered one more thing togo for a friend but forgot what it was.. Anyways, portions were large to where I brought back left overs as well (might be just all the carbs) but I overall really liked the food enough to revisit if I'm ever around. I will say though, the check was all written in Chinese and the server is running a one man show so there's not much check in or explanation, just order, eat, and pay. Again, come here for just the food. There were actually plenty of people who came on their own to enjoy noodles and just watch videos on their earphones~

This review has been a long time coming. This establishment is one of my absolute favorites in the entire bay area, and I can't even tell you how many times I've been here. My favorite food of all time is noodles and Ok Noodle makes such a solid tomato and egg noodle dish that I literally only order this noodle every time I come here or order takeout. My fiancé and I have been trying to figure out the secret to their recipe for years and we still can't replicate their amazing sauce! Although I don't have a photo of it this time, their liang pi is also BOMB AF. It's the perfect texture and the chilli oil is not too overwhelming! Another dish we often order is their tudousi, which is different from the usual version I'm used to. The potato here is cut super, super thin and the main flavor is kind of like sichuan peppercorn chilli oil mixed with a vinegar. I personally really like strong spicy and sour flavors so to me it's good, but I can't compare it to the same dish that you would order at other places. Lastly, I think it's worth mentioning that they're pretty quick about takeout orders as well. I've ordered from here at various times throughout the day and they're always ready within 15 minutes. I am so happy that this business survived the pandemic because I absolutely have to eat here everytime I'm in East bay.

Several of my friends have been raving about how good their noodles are. So today, I finally got to try it out myself after so many months and even years of waiting with great anticipation. Ordered: 1. Chili Oil Noodles (4/5) ; Substituted with wide noodles. Noodles were chewy and fresh. Flavor of the pork bits were good. Not too spicy. Kind of hard to mix in the container though. Overall, it was average. Nothing too special imo. I was expecting the chili oil to have more of an unique taste. Maybe a hint of fried garlic in the oil would enhance the flavors by a lot. 2. Lamb Noodles (4.5/5) ; This was my favorite out of all. Very flavorful. Chewy hand tossed noodles. Strong lamb flavors. Easier to mix since it had a bit of soup on the bottom. Would order again. 3. Spicy Beef Tendon (3/5) ; A little too spicy for my liking. I thought it would be all tendon inside but there were some slices of beef included. Very good portion size for an appetizer. -- Total: $32.50 -- 03.07.2021
